I have been licensed and insured, providing high standards of quality treatments – ensuring a safe, positive and beneficial experience to my clients, since 2015. In 2021 I was able to fulfill my dream and open up my own practice. I have worked in a variety of clinic settings, alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists, to help achieve patients’ goals. I offer targeted and effective treatments designed to calm the nervous system and address chronic pain issues. Every treatment is relaxing, restorative and tailored to your specific needs to relieve pain, restore movement and improve function. I utilize a wide range of techniques during my treatments including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping and hot stone. I have experience treating patients who suffer from headaches, back pain, whiplash, carpal tunnel syndrome, piriformis syndrome, tendonitis, ligament sprains, sleeping problems, temporomandibular joint dysfunction and other chronic pain related conditions such as fibromyalgia. I also provide pre & post-natal care.
Deep Tissue
Firm pressure techniques used to focus on the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. used to treat musculoskeletal injuries including trigger points, strains, and sport injuries.
Relaxation
Whole body treatment that uses smooth, gentle, flowing style. Designed for promoting general relaxation, relieving tension and improving circulation.
Swedish
Classic massage techniques including kneading, percussion, tapping and vibrations used to energize the body, relieve muscle tension and improve overall health.
Hot Stone
Involves the addition of smooth, heated stones to warm and relax parts of the body and melt away tension.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a vacuum-like technique performed by silicon cups. Used to soften stubborn muscle tension and tone, loosen adhesions and lift restricted connective tissues.

Hot stones can be incorporated into any massage treatment for an additional $15 fee.
